Bordeaux dry red wines: Premiers Crus, Grands Crus, CrusClasses, Grand Crus de Saint-Emilion, Gands Promerols.
Rhone Valley wines:
Hermitage and Northern Rhone wines, and Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
Other French wines:
High quality Provencal wines and Madiran.
Italian wines:
Barolo, grandsvinidatavola, for example Sassicaia.
Spanish wines: Vega Sicilia, high quality Penedes and some Riojas with sediment.
Portuguese wines: Vintage Port and Late-bottled, Tawny doesn’t need to be decanted.
